The Menu Partners is a diverse food business supplying hotels, pubs and restaurants up and down the UK with whole, prepared or cooked food. Within our group of businesses, we also have Absolute Taste, a leading event catering company, Absolute Taste Inflight our Private Jet catering business along with two farm shops, a pub and so much more.


Shift start time: between 04:00am-05:00am


With our business expanding at an incredible pace, we are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team. We now have an exciting opportunity for a 3.5T Van Driver to become an essential part of our logistics team, ensuring our exceptional products reach our customers efficiently and on time.

Purpose of the Position:


As a 3.5T Van Driver at The Menu Partners, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our high-quality food products to our customers across the UK. You will be responsible for transporting goods safely while maintaining excellent service standards, representing our company with professionalism and reliability on every journey


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

have a passion for the food industry has great customer service skills and an interest in meeting new people has ambition to be a key part of a fast-growing team and business needs to be well organised and have a keen eye for detail required to be proactive and flexible in their day to day approach a strategic thinker with initiative possesses excellent time-management skills a desire to be part of a fun, hardworking and growing team needs be able to work early morning and/or nights if required able to be flexible with working hours able to assist/complete other departmental tasks when not driving

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Following routed deliveries & collections (Monday to Saturday) Being the company's 'eyes and ears' when out on the road and relaying necessary information to the team Representing the company to the highest standard including presentation and communication Maintenance of your company van and daily checks Completing in the necessary daily paperwork

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills both internally and externally Have held a full clean driving license Ability to drive a 3.5-ton van Ability to think 'on your feet' attitude
