Job Summary


We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods making 3/4 drops per day, deliveries can be short or long distance nationwide (UK ONLY) ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. This role requires good communication skill.

Duties



Safely operate a van to deliver goods to various locations. Load and unload items, ensuring they are secured properly during transit. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly. Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies while driving.

Skills



Proven experience of driving large vans (Mercedes Sprinter LWB, VW Crafter LWB). or in a similar role, preferably with commercial driving experience. A valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated. Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively. Ability to perform and manage physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
