Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled
Van Driver with Glass Glazing experience
to join our growing team. The role involves driving to customer sites, transporting glass safely, and assisting with or independently handling installations of glass products.Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company van for daily deliveries and pickups Load, secure, and transport glass products with care Assist in on-site glass installations including mirrors, splashbacks, balustrades, doors, and shower enclosures Measure and fit glass to required specifications Conduct site assessments where needed Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner Report vehicle or product issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and safety of van and tools
Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence (clean or minimal points) Minimum 1 year experience in glass glazing or a similar trade Good knowledge of glass handling, measuring, and installation techniques Strong attention to detail and safety Good physical fitness (manual lifting required) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From 13.19 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
