Job Description
Self Employed Owner Van Driver with their own Medium or Long Wheel Base Van.
Delivering Alcohol across South Of England and parts of Wales from a Depot based in Melksham, Wilts.
Tuesday-Friday, with some Mondays when busy, 3-10 drops per day, no need to return to Depot once last drop completed.
Pay is based on distance from Depot, each day you will be allocated a Postal area, each area has its own pay bracket ranging from 172.00-305.00 per day, the furthest from Depot paying the highest day rate. Mileages vary from 100-400, Additional drops over 10 extra money is paid.
Depending on Route given days vary from 5-12 hours per day. Previous delivery experience is required for this postion.
Work is always sent by 5pm previous day via email, so you can plan the route accordingly but you will be assisted in the routing for the first week.
Can start from 5am if you wish and early finishes most days but start time is very flexible.
This position is Non multi-drop, very stress free and straightforward.
