Location: Silverstone, Northamptonshire

Contract: Full time, permanent

Report to: Build Manager

Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 dependent on experience

About the role

You will work individually to support the team leaders and core business functions. The role requires a proactive individual with relatable experience. We are interested to hear from applicants who can demonstrate fundamental understanding and experience in the following areas:

Operate company vehicle to make deliveries and collect parts from suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate transportation. Plan efficient routes to optimise delivery schedules and minimise travel time. Inspect and maintain vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any issues to the appropriate department. Ensure all deliveries and collections are accurately documented, and paperwork is completed in accordance with company procedures.
Accuracy, time management and adherence to deadlines are key to achieving success within the business.

You will be communicating with all areas of the business. As a result, you will also need to demonstrate effective communication skills.

All applicants are required to have;

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in driving and logistics, with a strong understanding of safe driving practices. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical capability to perform lifting and carrying tasks associated with deliveries and basic maintenance. Thrive operating in small team environments
The successful applicant will be;
