Job Summary

We are recruiting a two-man team for a new multi-drop Luton van project (up to 3.5t). This role involves working together on 10-12 hour shifts and covering roughly 200-280 miles per day. An immediate start is available. The team will be responsible for completing safe, efficient deliveries while maintaining excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

Operate a 3.5t Luton van as a two-man delivery team on multi-drop routes. Work together to load and unload goods safely and securely. Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks. Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers about schedules, delays, or issues. Maintain accurate delivery records (mileage, fuel, confirmations). Assist with warehouse tasks when required, including stock organisation and basic inventory duties. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Experience & Requirements

Two-man team required (driver + mate or two drivers). Previous van or delivery driving experience preferred; Courier Exchange experience is a bonus. Multi-drop and Luton experience advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for simple vehicle upkeep. Standard UK driving licence (Category B) required -- up to 3.5 tonnes. Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills. Must be physically capable of manual handling and ready to start ASAP.
