Job Description

Part Time Position Available approx. 20 hours per week . The work offered is seasonal generally between April and October and will be dependent on weekly business demands. It can involve early starts, late finishes and working weekends so flexibility is required from the successful candidate. The position will also require you to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be required to deliver, set-up and dismantle bouncy castles and other inflatable equipment in and around Telford & Shropshire.

Full training will be provided so no experience is necessary but is an advantage and further midweek is also available.

Competitive Salary -

Starting rate at 13 per hour which is the equivalent of 23660 per annum on a 35 hour week

Company Van -

You will have access to a fully insured company van for all work related travel.

What you will do:

Customer Engagement:

Be the face of the company interacting with clients to make sure they are happy and have had a good time - dealing with them in a polite and professional manor.

Equipment Management

: You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is ready for each event/hire and making sure it is also looked after and presentable. You will be setting up/taking down the equipment and sometimes managing events on the day - supervising use of the inflatables. Making sure every event or hire is a successful one.

Clocking In and out:

Use our mobile app to track your working hours as you travel between events so you can always see your work schedule too.

Fuel & Payments:

You will be responsible for managing fuel payments for the company vehicle through a company fuel card and cash collections from customers making sure its accurate and timely.

Warehouse Duties:

You will be responsible for general day to day warehouse duties from time to time to support the business/team too.

Organisation Skills:

Responsible for route planning etc and managing time.

Requirements

Must be over 25 (for insurance purposes) with a full UK Drivers license. Based in Telford or close by in order to get to our premises easily Good level of communication skills. Customer driven, polite, focused, and assertive. Basic knowledge and practical understanding of health & safety. Must be punctual and available sometimes at short notice. Must be flexible with regards to weekend working hours. Must be fit and strong, with no health problems. Must be quick and highly motivated.
This is an extremely simple process, but is physically demanding, which requires some heavy lifting. This is mainly weekend work involving early mornings and late nights.

Rate of pay will start at 13.00 which works out to a yearly equivalent of 23660.00 per year on 35 hours per week
