Due to continued growth, Dreams and Sofatime are in a substantial period of growth and are looking for two Van Helpers to join our growing team for deliveries to our customers. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service, while maintaining high standards and working in line with our Company values at all times.
Main Accountabilities
Delight our customers while following our REACH principles
Load and secure products onto vehicles ensuring orders are wrapped, packed and tied in appropriately ensuring that products are delivered/collected in good condition
Schedule delivery by calling customer by 10am
Assist the driver with deliveries, carefully installing furniture into customers home preserving the quality of our products and the surrounding decor
Assess delivery routes, make informed decisions and take action as necessary
Maintain vehicle & equipment
Accurately complete all daily paperwork
Carry out minor repairs to returned products

Essential Criteria
Physically fit due to nature and volume of product (heavy lifting)
Good organisational, administration and PC skills
Able to drive is not essential but would be desirable
