Job Overview

Looking for an experience salesman with previous experience in the motor trade. Role includes cold-calling/prospecting companies throughout the UK offering a range of commercial vehicles and finance options. Company Mobile phone provided. Employer expected to able to use Linkedin, and self manage own pipeline of customers, as well as fostering relationships with 3rd Party Suppliers.

Duties

Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer. Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles, including explaining financing options, warranties, and after-sales services. Negotiate prices and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business. Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle models, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the dealership's reputation at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is essential; full training will be provided for right candidate. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Confidence in explaining technical vehicle features to customers with varying levels of knowledge. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory; however, willingness to learn about vehicle features is essential.
