Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our brand-new Peterborough store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store tasks, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets.

You will need to have strong product knowledge within ladies' fashion, lead and develop a team, and have great attention to detail.

Duties

Management experience Take responsibility for commercial and operational decisions Managing store performance and taking action where needed Lead well by example, driving sales and KPI performance Analyse reports and data to confidently suggest ways to maximise sales opportunities Supports activity to minimise stock loss Contributes to improving business performance through a continued focus on KPI's, cost and profit HR and recruitment Health and safety within the work place Motivating, mentoring, and coaching your management and sales advisor team Able to build and maintain strong and credible working relationships with the key support functions across the business Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to Head Office Encourage standards of excellence in customer service Demonstrates resilience and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail environment. Making sure your store looks well merchandised and represents our brands.
