Job Description

VANILLA RETAIL- WATFORD STORE

Supervisor position (Fixed term 6 month contract with potential extension)

Full time weekly hours 16-20 hours per week, fully flex.

Duties and Responsibilities include -

To support the management team whilst managing a team of staff To deliver results through a team Contributes to improving business performance through a continued focus on KPI's, cost and profit To take responsibility for commercial and operational decisions in the absence of the management team Maintain high standards in store at all times Promotes outstanding customer service by acting as a role model and challenges activity that impacts on providing great service levels To communicate effectively with the management team to establish priorities and review store performance Supports activity to minimise stock loss Communicates clearly to the team ensuring they maintain a customer first mind set. Executes visual merchandising requirements, ensuring they are achieved to the highest standard to drive sales To analyse reports and data to confidently suggest ways to maximise sales opportunities
