Used Car Sales Manager
to lead our dynamic sales team and take our used car department to the next level.What you'll be doing:
Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the used car sales team Driving performance, hitting volume and profit targets Managing stock levels, pricing, and vehicle preparation Coaching and motivating the team to deliver top results Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in used car sales (ideally at management level) Strong leadership and communication skills Target-driven mindset with a focus on results Knowledge of online sales platforms and digital marketing A proactive and hands-on approach
