Estimator / VDA Opportunity - Accident Repair Centre in Daventry Area
Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience
Location: Daventry Area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
No weekend work
Overtime usually available

What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspecting and assessing damaged vehicles
• Preparing accurate estimates using Audatex and Thatcham Escribe
• Producing safe repair methods in line with modern repair techniques
• Negotiating with customers and engineers to agree repair costs and any additional work
• Creating workshop job schedules and updating staff throughout the repair process
• Liaising with parts suppliers to ensure correct parts are ordered and delivered
• Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle's repair journey

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Estimator/VDA role
• ATA VDA qualification (required)
• Confident using Bodyshop Management Systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High level of personal and professional integrity
• Right to work in the UK
