Responsibilities

Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control, food safety compliance, and maintaining cleanliness standards
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques, food handling, and teamwork to foster a collaborative environment
Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to deliver exceptional vegan options for events and large-scale functions
Monitor food production processes to optimize efficiency while minimizing waste and controlling costs

Skills
Extensive culinary experience with a strong focus on vegan cuisine, including menu planning and food presentation skills
Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality setting, demonstrating leadership and team management abilities
Background in banquet service, catering, or fine dining environments with a focus on plant-based dishes
Knowledge of inventory management, food safety standards, and food handling procedures within the food industry
Excellent cooking skills across various techniques relevant to vegan food preparation and kitchen management
