VEGETABLE PREP ASSISTANT - 21 HOURS - MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to help prepare fresh vegetables for delivery to our customers. No experience is necessary--just a good attitude and willingness to learn. If you've worked in a kitchen before, that's a bonus! The vacancy has arisen because our previous person is retiring after 12 years.

Primary duties for role include:

Prepare vegetables using machinery ready for cooking at our customers' establishments Keep area/machinery cleaned and hygienic Work calmly and safely under time constraints within UK laws

Food Hygiene Certificate of any level an advantage Good timekeeping essential Reliability Positive attitude with a willingness to help a definite advantage Ability to work hard Available to work beyond contracted hours during busy periods Able to adapt to changing procedures as required

Hours and conditions

21 HOURS PER WEEK (extra hours available to cover busy periods, holidays) Must be able to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6am start (non negotiable) Immediate start available Permanent position

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
