Key Job Areas



Co-ordinates order and delivery activity



Liaise with the sales team and process vehicle orders in line with customer orders, demonstrators or showroom stock requirements. Liaise with the sales team to completes sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included. Carrying out the taxation of sold vehicles in time for customer deliveries. Provide general support and timely information to the retail sales team and fleet manager. Enter vehicle job sheet details on to the After Sales department system to ensure records regarding pre-delivery work are accurate and up to date.

Vehicle Stock, Centre database and Group Process



Ensure stock records are complete and up to date for new, used and fleet vehicles as appropriate and carry out monthly stock checks. Liaise with the Sales Managers and provide timely information regarding stock levels and vehicle appropriations. Ensure all vehicle sales documentation is correct and vehicle payments are received.

Personal Specification



Previous experience in Vehicles Sales administration is an advantage Proven ability to work in a fast-moving environment. Excellent IT Skills in all MS Office packages Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills Polite, calm and approachable persona Full clean driver's license with ability and confidence to drive company vehicles Must be a team player Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision Must have flexible 'can do' approach
