Vehicle Collection Specialist

to join our growing team. This is a crucial role that ensures our performance cars and SUVs are safely and efficiently sourced, assessed, and delivered to our facility in top condition.

Job Summary

Duties

As our Vehicle Collection Specialist, you will: (in-house training will be provided to meet our exacting standards)

Collect vehicles nationwide

(average journey 2.5 hours, maximum 4 hours), primarily performance models and SUVs, using our truck and trailer. Carry out a

thorough pre-collection inspection (usually takes 1 hour)

, including: Full walkaround to assess

paintwork condition, bodywork, wheels

,

tyres and brakes

Use our diagnostic machine to verify vehicle chassis numbers on the ECU, mileages on different modules and check for faults (training provided) Interior condition and functionality check. Test all electronic features on the vehicle.

Test drive the vehicle

to identify any mechanical concerns. Provide detailed condition reports back to our team to support buying and stock preparation decisions. Secure and transport vehicles safely using approved loading and strapping methods. Use the tachograph on the truck correctly at all times Liaise with sellers professionally and politely maintaining our five star reputation

About You

To be successful in this role, ideally you would have:

Proven experience in

vehicle transport using a truck and trailer

preferred. Strong

car knowledge

, especially around performance vehicles and larger SUVs preferred. A confident approach to

vehicle inspections

and identifying cosmetic or mechanical issues. A valid and clean UK driving licence. Excellent communication, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
