Adam G. Cars Ltd - Nationwide (UK Travel Required)

Adam G. Cars Ltd is looking for a professional and reliable Vehicle Collection Specialist to join our team. This is a flexible, on-the-road role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and confidence appraising and driving a wide range of vehicles.

You'll travel across the UK to collect vehicles from customers, perform appraisals, test drive, and liaise with our HQ to finalise purchases. This is a customer-facing role that requires punctuality, honesty, and mechanical awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel nationally to inspect and collect vehicles. Arrange collection times directly with customers. Carry out accurate cosmetic and mechanical vehicle appraisals. Conduct a thorough test drive (including reaching motorway speeds). Report findings to HQ for price finalisation and negotiation. Complete online V5 transfer with customer. Collect paperwork, service history, and spare keys. Return vehicles safely and promptly to HQ.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence. Confident and responsible driver with mechanical awareness (e.g., identifying clutch/gearbox wear etc). Good communication skills and customer-facing experience. Ability to assess vehicle condition accurately in daylight. Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently. Familiarity with vehicle brands and models. National Railcard is helpful but not essential.
