to join our team and take charge of managing our corporate vehicle fleet with precision and professionalism.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Overseeing the administration of the company's vehicle fleet -- including procurement, registration, licensing, insurance, and disposals. Managing vehicle records and ensuring accurate data entry in fleet management systems. Ensuring compliance with local regulations, policies, and procedures related to vehicle registration. Liaising with suppliers, leasing companies, insurers, and internal departments. Supporting driver onboarding and training documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in fleet or vehicle administration, logistics, or facilities management. Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with fleet management software. A good understanding of vehicle compliance, licensing, and insurance.
