Job Description
Due to growth we are looking for a full time onsite Vehicle Damage Assessor.
Minimum 3 years experience in accident repair sector.
Need to be able to work under pressure and within time constraints, be well organised and driven. Meet above average industry KPI's.
VDA qualification/accreditation preferred.
GT Global and Audatex experience required, full training will be given.
Office based role
NOT REMOTE.
Knowledge and understanding of Bodyshop management systems and good IT skills as all systems electronic.
Summary
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be integral to evaluating and assessing vehicle damage to ensure accurate reporting and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients. You will also leverage your upselling abilities to recommend additional services, enhancing customer experience and company revenue. Your relevant skills in cash handling will be essential for processing payments and managing transactions. Pay: Up to 50,000.00 per year
