Responsibilities



Assess vehicle damage and provide accurate estimates for repairs Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle status Collaborate with technicians to ensure quality repairs Maintain detailed records of assessments and estimates Uphold company standards of honesty and transparency in all interactions Support upselling opportunities where appropriate Contribute to a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to vehicle repairs Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Familiarity with estimating software Valid driver's license.
