```Job Summary```
We have secured new Contracts which is going to keep our volume increasing alongside our current work streams partners acquisitions and major growth We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for accurately assessing and documenting the damage to vehicles and providing repair estimates. Your expertise in upselling, mechanical knowledge, cash handling, and exceptional customer service will contribute to the success of our organization.

```Responsibilities```

- Assist All Of Our Bodyshops with Assessing Damaged vehicles when required , this will be at least two sites per week.
- Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage
- Document and photograph damage
- Prepare accurate repair estimates
- Communicate with customers regarding repair options and costs
- Upsell additional services or repairs as appropriate
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the assessment process

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Upselling: Ability to identify additional services or repairs that may benefit the customer and effectively communicate their value.
- Mechanical knowledge: Understanding of vehicle systems and components to accurately assess damage and estimate repair costs.
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns effectively.
