Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our newly dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be comfortable working either independently or as part of a team to ensure each vehicle is restored to its original condition.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage, including structural, mechanical, and cosmetic issues Accurately utilise estimating platforms to estimate a vehicles cost of repairs. Collaboration with work provider partners ensuring repairs are inline with safety standards. Strong time management to ensure service level agreements are adhered to Clear communication with both customers and insurance engineers.

Skills/Qualifications

Proven experience as a VDA in the automotive repair industry Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair process and diagnostic procedures Attention to detail, the ability to meticulously inspect vehicles and identify even minor damage that may affect the overall repair estimate Computer proficiency. Proficient in using estimation software, office software and other relevant tools ATA Qualification in estimating.

Pay: 45,000.00-47,500.00 per year
