Here at Xplore we are seeking a dedicated

Vehicle Examiner

to join our energetic team at our Dundee Depot. In this key role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of various vehicle types, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and staying updated on procedural and technical developments relevant to the role.

This is an exciting time for Xplore Dundee as we continue to raise the bar to provide the best service to our passengers.

What you'll do:

Conduct thorough inspections of all vehicle types

Undertake physically demanding tasks, including working under vehicles within engineering pits

Prioritise health and safety for yourself and others

Stay updated with procedural and technical developments relevant to the role

Actively participate in relevant training sessions to ensure compliance with DVSA and company policies

What you'll bring to us:

At least 3 years' experience in an engineering role

A proactive, engaging, positive attitude with strong communication skills

A customer-focused driven approach

Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and individuals within the business

Proven qualifications to perform the role to a high standard

Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining driving standards
