Job Title: Vehicle Handover Specialist

Salary: 26,000

Location: Belle Vue

Working Hours: 44 hours per week, between the hours of 6am-6pm- Rotating shift pattern

What you'll be working on

As a

Vehicle Handover Specialist

, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience for cinch customers. Based from your nearest cinch hub, you'll ensure every vehicle is safely transported, thoroughly inspected and presented with professionalism and care.


Collect and deliver vehicles daily between cinch sites and customers, ensuring safe and efficient transport Carry out vehicle checks and inspections, preparing each car to cinch's high standards before handover Provide a full, friendly and informative handover experience, including a complete walkaround and answering customer questions Support customers with car-related queries, helping them feel confident and comfortable with their new vehicle Work as part of a coordinated team of drivers to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience

Things we look for in you

Experience in automotive or driving is desirable but not required as full training will be given A 'can-do' attitude for this hands-on, physical role where no two days are the same Organised and proactive Punctual with great time management skills Exceptional customer service skills Ability to work alone or within a team Held a Full UK Licence for more than 2 years, with 9 or less points
