Vehicle Hire Coordinator
to be the driving force behind our Bristol operations. You'll be at the face of our Bristol Branch, ensuring our fleet runs smoothly and our customers receive top-tier service -- every time.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end vehicle hire bookings, including off-hiring, using our internal systems
Support branch leaders and central reservations with essential admin tasks
Ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for hire, meeting deadlines and demand
Communicate with clients about hire extensions, terminations, and updates
Respond to phone and email queries with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
Run and interpret daily hire and operational reports
Process invoices promptly to support financial workflows
Assist with driver route planning and optimise daily logistics
Work independently when needed -- you may occasionally be the sole team member on-site
What You'll Bring
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Solid understanding of logistics and local geographical knowledge

Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy

Driving Licence required
