Vehicle Inspection Auditor - Field Based - South East England

31,000 per annum + company car

This is a roaming role across South East England - candidates must be willing to travel and have extensive vehicle inspection experience and be fully upto date with BVRLA standards

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to perform vehicle inspection audits, appraising the quality of inspections remotely, with drivers in the field, and at Hub locations. You will provide constructive feedback, take basic corrective action with inspectors, and deliver meaningful data as a feedback loop to the Regional Audit Lead.



In this role, you will have hands-on experience with vehicle inspections and a good working knowledge of the Inspect Pro platform.

Main Responsibilities:

Drive inspection quality Review inspections upon arrival to a de-fleet site and Hub locations Coach drivers either face-to-face or over the phone Support new driver induction trainers to ensure new drivers have a good grasp of inspections Conduct training sessions for drivers identified as requiring support Ensure BVRLA and customer standards are adhered to in the field Attend customer-focused events, BCAL show and tell sessions at customer locations

Person Specification:

Strong working knowledge of Inspect Pro platform and Manpac EVO Good understanding of repair methods and recording of vehicle damage Confident communicator who enjoys working with people Understanding of BVRLA application of standards Computer literate Problem-solver, able to work under own initiative Team player with flexibility and willingness to learn Must be willing to travel within the UK
