We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team selling vans and cars into SMEs on Contract Hire and Leasing agreements.
Fielding enquiries, quoting and managing the customer upto delivery of the vehicle. This is a remote sale where interaction with the customer will be via phone and email.
This role will be home based with occasional overnight trips required to attend meeting and trade events.
The basic salary is 25-30,000 dependent on experience with a realistic OTE of 75k
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and possess exceptional communication skills. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Your ability to upsell and utilise CRM software will be key in achieving your targets.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends.
Engage in B2B sales activities, including cold calling and networking.
Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for upselling products and services.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales is essential; experience in sales management is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this role.
