Vehicle Progressor

to join our team and ensure the smooth movement and preparation of our premium vehicles.

The Role:

As a Vehicle Progressor, you'll be a vital link between our sales, service, and logistics teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of vehicles from arrival on-site through to customer handover, ensuring every vehicle meets the high standards expected of the BMW brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating vehicle deliveries and movements around site Managing the preparation process including valeting, inspections, and photography Liaising with sales, service and workshop teams to ensure accurate progress updates Conducting quality control checks on vehicles prior to customer handover Ensuring all vehicles are presented to a showroom standard Updating internal systems with vehicle status and locations

About You:

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Excellent communication and teamwork skills A full UK driving licence is essential Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is desirable but not essential
