Job Description

Part time contract 27.5 hours per week with occasional overtime. Current pay rate is 12.60 per hour, with unsociable hours premium. Company pension, life assurance and health cash plan Hours are variable, mainly between 8.00 and 17.30 Monday to Friday but with some weekend working required. Three month probation period applies. Full training provided - no previous experience required. Preferably capable of travelling in the UK to other sites occasionally to support.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor at our Thames office based in Dagenham. Vehicle Inspectors carry out visual checks and auditing of new motor vehicles arriving at local docks to support the maintenance of quality for our clients. Use of a handheld scanner to record information and capture images is required, as will reporting via the main computer.
