Job Description

Due to our continued expansion we are looking for hard working, motivated reliable (Class 1 & Class 2) Vehicle Recovery Drivers who can show their initiative when dealing with challenging situations.

Here at Jacksons Recovery Ltd we are passionate about the service that we provide to our customers, as such you should have exceptional customer care skills and be able to communicate with our customers who are sometimes in very difficult and stressful situations. You should be prepared to work outdoors in every weather condition recovering vehicles from various locations both local and nationally.

Candidates will be based either at our Birmingham or Coventry depots.

Candidates will need to pass Police Vetting as part of their contract. All previous convictions must be declared.

Ideal candidates will have the following skills/qualifications

Driving License with Category-C (Class 2) and or Category -C+E (Class 1)

Minimum of 2 years HGV driving experience

Valid Driver CPC and Tachograph card

Excellent customer service skills

Be smart in appearance and have a professional manner

Recovery experience required.

MUST PASS WEST MIDLANDS POLICE VETTING

You must be polite, reliable and offer excellent customer service. Smart appearance is essential. Some basic mechanical knowledge as wheel changes and battery jump starts are common place.

Shift Pattern will be 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts, various start times DAYS AND NIGHTS.

Also looking for day drivers Monday to Friday 07.00 till 15.45 week 1 , week 2 16.00 till 00.45 am ..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 155 per shift for Class 2

Expected hours: 48 per week
