WE ARE HIRING: CLASS 1 / CLASS 2 RECOVERY DRIVERS

Glasgow Recovery Ltd is expanding, and we're looking for dependable and professional Recovery Drivers (Class 1 or Class 2) to join our team. If you're passionate about transport, enjoy assisting customers, and can remain calm in demanding situations, we'd love to hear from you.

Location:

Glasgow Recovery Ltd, Unit 1, 69 Bothwell Road, ML3 0DW

Hours:

Full-time / Shift-based (including some weekends)

Pay:

Competitive, dependent on experience

Licence Required:

Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C)

Key Responsibilities

Attend roadside breakdowns, accidents, and recovery call-outs. Safely load, secure, and transport various vehicle types using recovery equipment. Carry out routine vehicle checks and ensure your recovery truck remains clean and roadworthy. Deliver exceptional customer service, offering reassurance during stressful situations. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and digital logs. Work closely with the control team to follow job instructions and planned routes. Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company and legal safety standards.
Requirements

Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) licence. CPC & Digi Tacho Card. Previous vehicle recovery experience is preferred, though full training can be provided. Strong communication skills and a professional approach. Ability to work independently and problem-solve at the roadside. Flexible attitude toward working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
