Due to new nationwide contracts we have exciting career opportunities for Vehicle Repossession Agents to join our team.

We are currently looking for candidates who live in the West London area.

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

A full driving licence and due to insurance purposes being aged over 25 is essential for this role.

Salaried 31,200.00 + uncapped bonus per year

Wrights Recoveries UK are a specialist vehicle repossession and recovery company working on behalf of numerous high profile lenders and finance companies.

You will be working to maximise the collections of our clients vehicles.

This is a mobile based role where you will make home and work visits to customers, with the aim of repossessing vehicles or securing outstanding finance payments. Only a standard clean car licence is required for this role. You will be able to work well under pressure and to high ethical and professional standard. You will possess good negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and recognise and act appropriately when dealing with vulnerable customers. Constantly striving for good customer outcomes. Adhering to all industry regulation and legislation. Ability to prioritise and manage your own time.

What we offer our trainee vehicle repossession agents:

An employed role with basic salary and uncapped bonus opportunities. 2 week on street training package with an established and experienced agent. A modern, fully maintained and expensed recovery vehicle.
