As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify potential sales opportunities through research and networking. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Utilise effective phone etiquette to communicate with customers and address their needs promptly. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals. Implement upselling strategies to maximise revenue from existing customers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using relevant software tools. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong knowledge in the automotive sector Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems. Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques and building rapport with clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
