Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at the J&J Motors auto park in Cross Hands, Llanelli. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering positive customer relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for automobiles and a knack for sales to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.

- Identify customers' needs and preferences, and provide expert guidance on suitable vehicles based on their requirements.

- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities to potential buyers.

- Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and financing options to customers, guiding them through the purchasing process.

- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, vehicle inventory, and sales contracts.

- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in automotive sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

- Passion for automobiles and a sound understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and technologies.

- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
