The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to develop and grow our 25 year old business. Working closely to both support a busy sales team and supporting current and future marketing campaigns.

Duties



Working with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting B2B clients in order to meet organisational objectives. Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst expanding the customer base. Utilise CRM software to track sales activities, analyse data, and generate reports for senior management. Coordinate marketing campaigns in collaboration to enhance brand visibility. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication with clients and partners. Organise sales meetings, events, and training sessions to ensure team development.

Skills



Proven experience in B2B sales and sales management roles. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner. Proficiency in CRM software tools for managing customer relationships and analysing sales data. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Pay: 19,500.00-25,000.00 per year
