The Role:

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face of our front-of-house team. You'll work closely with customers, technicians, and management to keep everything running smoothly and professionally. This is a key role where your communication skills and automotive knowledge will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Book in MOTs, servicing, and repairs using our garage management system Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles, including reporting on diagnostics and repairs Prepare job cards and invoices accurately and promptly Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of work Upsell additional services and products where appropriate Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism and care Help maintain an organised, clean, and welcoming front-of-house environment
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the motor trade Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisation and attention to detail A genuine interest in the automotive industry Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with garage management systems (advantageous but not essential)
