Hutchings Motor Group are looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our award winning Hyundai Team in Treforest .

You will join a growing team in our lovely showroom environment and become an integral part of our Hyundai aftersales team. You will work directly with the Service Manager and with the best aftersales IT platforms in the industry to help make your job easy.

You will be provided with all of the brand specific training that you will need but will have to have a proven track record of the skills required to efficiently complete the role.

The monthly bonus is based purely on VHC redwork upsell with additional income from an uncapped service plan sales incentive making this a dream role if your skill set is delivering a fantastic customer experience and selling the benefits of correctly maintaining the customers vehicle.

The skills are one element that is required but we are also looking for a certain type of person to join our team - great personality, a grafter, someone who really wants to do the job and be rewarded for delivering a great team result.
