We are currently looking to recruit a

skilled and motivated Vehicle Spray Painter

to join our busy, small bodyshop at Paisley Autocare.

About the Role

This is a

Part-Time position based in Paisley

, ideally suited to an experienced spray painter who is comfortable taking responsibility for

both minor body repairs and painting

. As a small bodyshop, this is a hands-on role where you will manage jobs from preparation through to final finish.

Your day-to-day work will include carrying out

minor repairs such as dents, scuffs, and scratches prior to painting

, as well as completing high-quality paintwork to a professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and painting of vehicles to a high-quality, consistent finish

Carrying out minor body repairs (dents, scuffs, scratches) prior to paintwork

Managing small repair jobs independently from start to finish Working with various paint systems and tools in a spray booth environment Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard of customer satisfaction Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a vehicle spray painter (minimum 3 years required)

Essential experience in completing minor body repairs before painting

Comfortable working in a

small bodyshop environment

with responsibility for both repair and paint Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Good timekeeping, reliability, and a professional attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a small, fast-paced team
