About the role



As one of our knowledgeable Vehicle Technical Support Specialists, you will provide first-class service to one of our key customer accounts, ensuring incidents are managed effectively and getting our drivers back on the road. You will be the first point of contact for technical enquiries, issues and complaints, applying your expert knowledge to offer effective solutions.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:



Liaising with customers via phone and email to handle enquiries Managing 'Vehicle Off Road' incidents, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure vehicles are back on the road in timely manner Reviewing and authorising completed works based on supplier evidence, ensuring a high level of safety, quality and compliance with service agreements Analysing and interpreting technical data, communicating information to customers or internal audiences in a clear, concise manner

What we're looking for



As a Vehicle Technical Support Specialist, you'll have a 'can-do' attitude and be committed to maintaining excellent quality standards, as well as an exceptional level of customer service.

You'll also be able to demonstrate:

Strong vehicle technical expertise Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Confidence in asking questions, sharing expertise and communicating expectations to ensure effective resolutions Commercial awareness of the motor industry

The package



We offer a basic starting salary of

up to 29,000

, plus a bonus of up to

1,900
