About the Role

Our MINI workshop in Bristol is looking for Vehicle Technicians to join our team and contribute to the success of the dealership. If you are a NVQ Level 3 qualified Technician, we can provide excellent training to develop your skillset and prepare you for the future of electric cars.


It is an exciting time to join the MINI brand with new models on the horizon and the all-electric Countryman coming to market. If you would like to work with an official brand and develop your skillset with an iconic manufacturer, we would like to hear from you.

Essential Skills

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanical, Maintenance & Repair Experience in an official manufacture would be beneficial but not essential Full UK Driving Licence

If you are looking to progress as a Technician, joining an official manufacturer is the best way to develop your existing skills. You will receive full manufacturer training and future proof your career for new technologies as they emerge into the car industry.
