Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Vehicle Technician to repair and service

Volkswagen, SKODA, SEAT, CUPRA, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles

that now come through our workshop. As a multi-brand Aftersales Centre, you'll work with the latest technologies, diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer-led training to ensure every vehicle is maintained to the highest possible standards. You'll be part of a supportive, skilled team focused on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves confident in the quality of our work and returning to us time and time again.

Key Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Receiving work from the workshop controller and carrying out related checks, administration, and protection routines

Assessing tool and equipment requirements and communicating any related issues

Servicing and repairing all VW, SKODA, SEAT, CUPRA, and Commercial Vehicles

Reporting on additional repair requirements as identified

Making written and verbal reports on service and repair activity to the workshop controller for authorisation

Completing all administrative procedures (including warranty) relating to service and repair work

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment

Undertaking vehicle road tests when necessary

Assisting with development and training of other technicians

Attending meetings and training programmes as required

Performing other duties in support of team members as required

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

Level 3 vehicle technician qualification, ideally with a VAG group background

Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

Strong customer service focus with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers

Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
