Vehicle Technician Required in Epsom
Pay: Up to 36,000 Basic + Bonuses and Overtime (40,000+ Realistic OTE)
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9:00am - 1:00pm

Our client is looking for a Vehicle Technician with an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn, develop, and grow within their business - regardless of main dealer experienced or not (how can you get Car Dealership Technical experience without ever working in one?). This role is vital to the dealership's success, and they offer exceptional rewards and benefits that distinguish them from other local dealerships. Key Duties:

• Collaborate within the dealership team to maintain industry-leading standards of safety, customer care, and satisfaction

• Perform work recommended by Master Technicians following fault diagnosis

• Conduct warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring accurate documentation

• Use the Auto VHC system efficiently to meet performance targets

• Supervise and assist in training Apprentice Vehicle Technicians when required, with the potential to oversee their work
