We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Duties

Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, brakes, transmissions, and other vehicle systems Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to carry out repairs and adjustments Test vehicles post-repair to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and parts used Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during operations Assist in diagnosing complex mechanical problems using specialised diagnostic equipment Keep the workshop clean, organised, and well-maintained to promote a safe working environment

Qualifications

Proven experience or strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively Good understanding of automotive systems and components Ability to diagnose mechanical faults accurately and efficiently Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Relevant qualifications or certifications in vehicle maintenance or automotive engineering are desirable but not essential A valid driving licence is preferred, with the ability to operate company vehicles if required
