Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technicians to join our dynamic team (Mercedes Benz Experience Preferred x1 Diagnostic and x1 Service & Repair) The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in the use of both hand and power tools. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.

Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake checks. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and replacements. Maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle, including parts used and labour hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to safety standards. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques to enhance service quality.

Experience

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle systems. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in vehicle repair. A relevant qualification in automotive technology or engineering is advantageous but not essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
