Ventilation Engineer

to join our expanding team.

About the Role

As a Ventilation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of ventilation systems designed to control condensation and prevent mould growth. You will work on-site across occupied properties, both independently and as part of a wider team, supporting our housing and local authority clients.

This role suits a skilled engineer who enjoys problem-solving, working to a high standard, and contributing to healthier living environments.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, and commissioning of ventilation systems Fault finding and diagnosing airflow, humidity, and ventilation issues Ensuring all electrical and ventilation works comply with current regulations Working safely and professionally in occupied properties Communicating clearly with residents, colleagues, and management Completing job documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

Essential:

Full UK Driving Licence 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Minimum Level 2 Electrical Qualification Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
