Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ventilation Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate would have experience in extract and MVHR ventilation. You would be working in domestic and commercial properties across London maintaining ventilation systems.
Responsibilities
Execute scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) routines on all ventilation equipment, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), extraction systems, fans, motors, dampers, MVHR's and ductwork Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns, diagnosing complex mechanical faults and implementing effective, long-term repairs.. Perform essential tasks such as belt replacement, bearing lubrication, filter changes, and fan speed adjustments/balancing. Collaborate closely with the wider HVAC and M&E teams to ensure system synergy and efficiency.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City & Guilds qualification) in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Ventilation Systems. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in maintaining and installing large-scale mechanical ventilation systems, preferably within commercial and domestic environments

Pay: 42,500.00-45,000.00 per year
