EFAM Air are looking for individuals who are wanting to move into the ventilation industry. Working primarily across domestic ventilation with the opportunity to get involved in larger capital works projects.

Due to multiple new long-term contracts, we are looking to expand our team and want to hear from individuals who are new to the ventilation industry but have experience across the M&E sector. We have multiple openings across the company and if you have experience in electricals, air-conditioning, ductwork, etc. then we'd love to have you join this new rapidly growing industry.

The industry is currently undergoing significant changes through the building safety act, Awaabs law & Indoor Air Quality targets. It's a great time to get in on the ground floor and pick up the skills for a long-term career.

We are seeking motivated individuals who want to learn the Ventilation trade and quickly become qualified in the Ventilation space.

You will be partnered with one of our experienced Domestic Ventilation Engineers learning on the job as well as sitting a number of training courses provided by CITB Approved centres and the NICEIC.

Our teams are responsible for the surveying, installation and maintenance of MHVR units, ductwork systems and fire dampers. We work primarily in London & Brighton with the opportunity for nationwide travel and relocation depending on your position and career prospects.

Full training and guidance is offered and we expect trainees to become fully qualified within 12 months of joining the company.

28,000-35,000+Company Vehicle + Training + Progression + Gym Membership
