Job Description

Established in 2004, Airtemp AC Ltd delivers quality heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services from design, installation, maintenance and servicing to a varied range of customers nationwide.

We are seeking an experienced

Ventilation Project Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that delivery is met within the set timescales and budgets and meeting with quality and H&S standards.

Main duties to include

:

Project Planning and Scheduling Procurement and Resource Management Documentation and Compliance Site Management and Client Liaison Technical Support and Team Management Budget and Variations Management Completion and Handover Collaboration and Reporting

Candidate requirements (essential):

Experience in Ventilation and Project Management Strong technical knowledge with proven experience in ventilation systems Capability to manage your own workload

Location:

This role is Hybrid Working - with office attendance at least once a month, WFH and site based as required.

Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 pa (depending on experience)
