For more than 10 years, we have been creating technology to support billions of people globally - including children, vulnerable adults, the "worried well," cardiac patients, expectant mothers, and newborns.

We are pioneering unique wireless, ambulatory physiological monitoring capabilities that traditional mobile manufacturers have not been able to commercialise.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced

Freelance Fundraising Consultant

to lead and execute our

10.5M venture capital and corporate investment raise

. This is a project-based consultancy role suited to a strategic, well-networked fundraiser with a strong record of securing investment for high-growth technology ventures.

Working directly with our founders and senior team, you will shape the fundraising strategy, engage investors, and drive the raise from preparation through to close.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a targeted fundraising strategy for the 10.5M round Identify, engage, and manage relationships with VC funds, corporate investors, family offices, and strategic partners Refine and elevate investment materials, including the pitch deck, financial model, and data room Lead investor outreach, pitch presentations, and negotiations Coordinate due diligence and manage investment workflows through to completion Advise leadership on deal structure, investor expectations, and market positioning

About You

Proven track record raising

5M-20M+

for high-growth or deep-tech/health-tech ventures Strong existing network of VC and corporate investors Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate complex technology in a simple, compelling narrative Highly proactive, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating autonomously Experience in health-tech, wearables, or mobile technologies is advantageous but not essential Would suite a fund raiser who is also a previous FD to a global corporate

This is a flexible consultancy engagement.
